From the description, I understand that the external monitor’s display is blurred when you connect it to the Windows 8 computer.
This issue might be because of the defect in display drivers or micro HDMI to VGA adaptor might not be compatible with Samsung Laptop.
Method 1 :
Run the hardware troubleshooter and check if that helps. Follow these steps to run the troubleshooter.
a. Press the ‘Windows + w’and type ‘troubleshooting’ in the search and press enter.
b. Click on View all in the left pane.
